Chow & Tabby Shipping & Returns Policies
Returns Policy for all Wholesale and Retail Customers
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Chow & Tabby will accept a return or exchange of an item that is unused and unwashed within 3 days of receiving your purchase if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.). We do not accept returns or exchanges of products outside of the above reason. Custom wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed and in production. Exceptions for wholesale order returns will only be made on a case by case basis and wholesale merchant must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate any returns/exchanges.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping of returned items as well as the original outbound shipping costs even if the cost was included in the product price i.e. free shipping or subsidized shipping.
A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price, may be applied if we determine the product does not contain any manufacturing defects.
Please note that items marked Final Sale or Sample Sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All face masks are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for any reason.
Due to hygiene reasons, pet carriers, crate covers and pet beds are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
