How do I determine the right size apparel or collars for my dog or cat?

We recommend using a flexible tape measure or a simple piece of string to measure and then use a traditional ruler to find the length. Measure the circumference of your pet’s neck (where the collar sits) and largest circumference of the chest (usually behind the front legs). To check the length, ensure your pet is in standing normal position and measure from the base of the neck, on the top of the back, to the base of your pet’s tail. A chart below is provided as guidance:

Sizing tables are noted on each product page, below the product’s description. If your pet’s measurements are in between sizes, please order the next larger product size.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders ship within 3-5 business days as long as the items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the next available ship date. Custom wholesale orders may take longer to produce and ship. We will apprise you of the next available ship date once your order is confirmed. 

How will I know when my order is on its way?

Once we fill your order, we will notify you with a confirmation that your shipment is on its way along with the tracking information.

What do these Shipping Statuses mean: Awaiting fulfillment, Partially shipped, Shipped, or Refunded?

When you place an order with us, you will receive email updates with the status of your order.

  • Awaiting Fulfillment: We've received your order and are in the process of fulfilling it.
  • Partially Shipped: If your order contains multiple products, we may ship these products separately. In this case, we may have shipped only some of your products and are awaiting fulfillment of the other products. We will alert you when the other products have shipped.
  • Shipped: All items in your order have shipped and will arrive soon!
  • Refunded: We have refunded you for your order. Please allow 1 to 2 business days  for funds to appear in your account.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Please Note: Due to strict health regulations, carriers, crate covers, and beds cannot be restocked and resold. We do not accept Returns/Exchanges for these items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to product defects or having the wrong item shipped to you, Chow & Tabby will accept a return or exchange of an item that is unused and unwashed within 3 days of you receiving your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items outside of the above reason. Custom wholesale orders are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed. 

Customers will be responsible for the shipping of returned items as well as the original outbound shipping costs even if the cost was included in the product price i.e. free shipping or subsidized shipping.

A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price, may be applied if we determine the product does not contain any manufacturing defects.
