Dog Days of Denton, 9:00AM – 3:00PM

Location: North TX Fairgrounds, 2217 N. Carroll Blvd., Denton, TX

Details: This free festival includes a Canine Couture Costume contest, pet tricks, Dancing with your Dog contest, training demos, vendors and more! Barktoberfest at Mutts Canine Cantina, Dallas, 11AM-3PM

Location: 2889 Cityplace Blvd, Dallas, TX

Pawpalooza, 10-2PM

Location: ZBonz Dog Park, 6950 Camp Bowie W Blvd, Ft. Worth, TX

Details: A great time for the entire family as well as for the pooches! TCAP will be present at the event offering low cost vaccinations. Rescue groups will also have pups available for adoption. 15th Annual Bull-O-Ween, 5PM-8PM

Location: 1165 S Stemmons Freeway, Lewisville, TX

Details: Bulldog lovers, grab your pups and head over to the Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue group’s annual Bull-O-Ween party! Location: 300 N Plano Rd, Richardson, TX

Details: The Richardson Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its 3rd annual Pawtoberfest at Huffhines Park. This is a “special feature” along the longstanding Huffhines Art Trails. World Gay Rodeo Finals

Location: Mesquite Arena, 1818 Rodeo Dr, Mesquite, TX

Details: Although not specifically a dog event, Chow & Tabby will be a vendor sponsor at the World Gay Rodeo Finals at the Mesquite Rodeo Arena. In 2018, the IGRA’s 19 member associations are scheduled to produce 10 local and regional rodeos. IGRA contestants compete for points all season and at season’s end the top 20 men, women and teams in each event will receive invitations to perform in the World Gay Rodeo Finals presented by IGRA.
